Mindfulness for the new year

At DayBreak, we have learned that mindfulness and self-compassion is a powerful wellness tool for everyone, and especially for service providers and caregivers.

So how do we begin practicing mindfulness? Here are some resources that could help you start in your own space, on your own time.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at (510) 834 – 8314.

Preparing for the Holidays!

DayBreak is preparing for the holidays, too! Give us a call at (510) 834-8314 if you need resources to get through this season–we’re here for you.

Have you purchased your ticket yet?

We have 3 more days until our community event and we are so excited!

Don’t miss out on a fun evening of wine, compassionate people, and thought-provoking conversations with Dr. Jessica Zitter about what matters most in life.
