Our March newsletter has arrived! Please take a look to catch up with our most recent activities, and thank you all for your support.
Recently, I received a call from an elder who needed legal advice regarding their credit card debt. For low-income seniors (and non-seniors), there are legal advocacy resources in Alameda County and the bay area that you can explore:
*Bay Area Legal Aid for Alameda County
**Volunteer Legal Services Corporation
Both provide legal assistance for FREE! There is also a free drop-in legal clinic coming up in February 2017, held by Volunteer Legal Services (please see flyer below for more info).
As always, please feel free to call us if you need help navigating these resources. We’re here to help you.
