Tai chi for Arthritis Training

In November, DayBreak held our 4th Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) Training forĀ service providers in Alameda County! Tai chi is a wonderful form of moving meditation that helps strengthen your core, improve balance, and strengthen your heart and lungs. TCA is an evidence-based program that has been proven to be effective for individuals who have arthritis.
