Tai chi for Arthritis Training

In November, DayBreak held our 4th Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) Training for service providers in Alameda County! Tai chi is a wonderful form of moving meditation that helps strengthen your core, improve balance, and strengthen your heart and lungs. TCA is an evidence-based program that has been proven to be effective for individuals who have arthritis.

Proudly sponsored by Supervisor Keith Carson!

We are honored to be sponsored by Alameda County Supervisor Keith Carson for our event, An Accidental Activist: Smashing the “Medical Hero Myth”!
