Tai chi for Arthritis Training

In November, DayBreak held our 4th Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) Training for service providers in Alameda County! Tai chi is a wonderful form of moving meditation that helps strengthen your core, improve balance, and strengthen your heart and lungs. TCA is an evidence-based program that has been proven to be effective for individuals who have arthritis.

     We have so much gratitude for the grace and patience of our teacher, Robin. A big thank you to Family Bridges Hong Fook Center staff for their kindness in hosting us in their beautiful space once again. Another big thank you to staff from AmeriCorps, Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley, and LifeLong Medical Care for joining us!
